Karen Haber, Ph.D

Karen Haber received her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the State University of New York-Buffalo, in 1976. Dr. Haber is a Licensed Psychologist who works with clients  ranging in age from 15 to 75 years old. She utilizes individual and couples therapy modalities in woman’s’ issues, divorce, separation, relationship problems and communication issues, general anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, depression, addictive personalities and mindfulness.


Virginia Koutsouros, PsyD.

Virginia Koutsouros, PsyD., is a Clinical Psychologist Licensed in Pennsylvania.  Her Doctorate was earned at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Her Dissertation research focused on large women’s satisfactory and health care. Special interests and training include Health Psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Perinatal Depression (depression surrounding childbirth), and Trauma Informed Care. Additionally, she is Internationally Certified in Applied Psychophysiology/Biofeedback.  Dr. Koutsouros has experience in providing care to diverse groups, including multi-ethnic, varying ages and more challenging diagnosis.


Andrew Lefkowitz, MSW, LSW

Andrew Lefkowitz, MSW, LSW is a licensed social worker with a Master’s degree in Social Work and an under graduate degree in Psychology, both obtained at Temple University.  He has been practicing psychotherapy since 1975. His treatment skills include individual, family, and couple therapy, and he works with all age groups, including children. He specializes in Rational Emotive Therapy and mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy.


Kathleen Crosson Ostertag, MSW, LSW

Kathleen Crosson Ostertag, MSW, LSW, attended Chestnut Hill College and St. Joseph’s University for her undergraduate degree. She then completed her Master’s Degree in Social Work at the University of Pennsylvania.  In 1991, she began practicing psychotherapy after teaching elementary school for 15 years. Kathleen has advanced training in family therapy and child development.  She works with individuals over the age of 6. Her special interests include adolescents and adults suffering from depression and bipolar disorders as well as families and children who have special needs. 


Parri Perry, ME.D

Parry Perry ME.D is a Licensed Psychologist in Pennsylvania. She received her Master’s degree from Temple University.  Parri has been a therapist at Counseling and Therapy Associates since 1982. Parri’s special interests include working with woman’s issues, couples counseling, lesbian/gay/bisexual/transsexual issues, and panic disorders.  She uses Personal Evolution Therapy in her approach with clients.


Sharon Riser, MD

Dr. Riser received her Degree in Medicine from New York University School of Medicine in 1983. She completed her Psychiatric Residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in 1987.

A Licensed and Board Certified Psychiatrist, Dr. Riser works with clients ages 18 and older. Her areas of specialty include mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and pharmacotherapy.


Chad Inker, LPC

Chad Inker received his Bachelors degree from Rider University and his Masters degree from Arcadia University. Chad is a licensed professional counselor in Pennsylvania. He works with adolescents and adults. Chad has experience working with patients who are seeking treatment for anxiety, depression, psychosis, and relationship issues. He uses a cognitive behavioral solution focused approach to assist his clients in moving towards goals they set in their treatment.


Jacqueline Mills, LPC

Jacqueline Mills earned her Masters degree at Drexel University. She has experience working with adults in outpatient therapy settings, including treatment of issues such as depression, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress disorder. Jacqueline displays knowledge of cognitive behavioral techniques, which she acquired through training at the University of Pennsylvania.

Jacqueline is a licensed professional counselor and national certified counselor who is a member of the Pennsylvania Psychological Association.


Roslyn P. Shoket, M. ED.

After completing her undergraduate studies at the University of Pennsylvania, Roslyn received a Master’s Degree from Temple University.  She also completed studies in Marriage and Family Therapy at the Eastern Pennsylvania Psychiatric Institute. She has conducted seminars on parenting skills and divorce adjustment and is also currently a certified school counselor serving a regional Catholic school in Philadelphia.  She enjoys working with children, adolescents, adults, couples and family.


David Silbermann, M.ED.

David Silbermann, M.ED., obtained is Master’s Degree in Educational Psychology at Temple University and his certification in School Psychology at Rider University. He furthered his studies in psychodynamic therapy at the Psychoanalytic Center of Philadelphia.  He is a Licensed Professional Counselor and is certified as an Early Childhood as well as Elementary School Teacher, Supervisor and Principal. David treats all age groups with a particular interest in adolescents.


Ann Steel, MD

Dr. Steel received her Degree in Medicine from School of Medicine and Surgery of the University of Genoa, Italy, in 1983.  She completed her Psychiatric Residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in 1988.

Dr. Steel, a Licensed and Board Certified Psychiatrist is bilingual (English and Italian).  She works with clients age 18 and older.  Her areas of specialty include anxiety disorders, mood disorders and pharmacotherapy.


Linda Ulrich M.S.

Linda Ulrich holds a Master Degree from Villanova University and completed her post Masters work at Chestnut Hill College. She has 10 years’ experience working with inpatients psychiatric populations. Linda has been working with children, adolescents, and adults providing individuals and marriage counseling since 1993. She has taught classes on Assertiveness training and Self Esteem awareness in an adult school setting. Linda has also provided in-service education to daycare and preschool workers.  In addition she provides high school students with education about healthy dating and dating abuse.

Linda has served on the Board of Directors of a Woman’s place in Bucks County. She is currently the Vice President of Counseling and Therapy Associates and has a private practice in Willow Grove, PA.


Anthony Zongaro, Ph.D.

 Dr. Anthony Zongaro, our Clinical Director, graduated from Villanova before joining the U.S. Army. Afterwards, he obtained his Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology and his Ph.D in Psychology from Temple University.

As a former law enforcement officer and Chief Psychology at Family Court of Philadelphia, he has a strong background in forensic and police psychology.  He has also taught at Holy Family University and the Philadelphia Police Academy.

More recently, Dr. Zongaro received his post-doctoral certification in Neuropsychology at Drexel University, having completed an internship at Children’s Seashore House. He is a licensed psychologist in the state of Pennsylvania and has been awarded a diplomat from the American Board of Psychological specialties. Although he treats patients from all age groups, he is especially interested in adolescents and children, PTSD (trauma), ADHD, and forensic/police psychology.
